The reactive urethane photopolymer resin Ultracur3D® EL 4000 is elastic with a high elongation at break of 172%, combining high damping with long-term resilience and torsion resistance due to minimal structural degradation over time.
The Elastic Ultracur3D® EL range eliminates the need for post-curing and replaces traditional molding materials like silicone, urethane, and butyl rubber. Unlike traditional materials that require extensive finishing, the Ultracur3D® EL range minimizes redesign cycle time and reduces prototype development costs.
