Applylabwork SLA Heat Champagne 1kg resin for 3D printers
ApplyLabWork’s champagne-coloured SLA thermal resin has been developed for SLA printing on 3D printers, providing exceptional heat resistance and precision. This resin is ideal for creating prototypes and parts that must withstand high temperatures while maintaining structural integrity and dimensional stability.
Key features
- High heat deflection temperature (HDT): withstands temperatures up to 188°C at 0.45 MPa, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
- Precise printing: developed to produce accurate and detailed models with high dimensional stability.
- Compatibility: designed for SLA printers, including FormLabs Form 2 and Form 3. For optimal results, select “Grey V4” in your printer’s material settings and use LT VAT for the Form 2 printer.
- Mechanical properties: Exhibits a tensile strength of 65–85 MPa and an elongation at break of 1–2%, providing a balance between strength and minimal flexibility.
Safety and handling
- Store the resin in a dark place at room temperature to preserve its properties.
- Always wear protective gloves when handling resin to prevent skin contact.
- For detailed information on handling and disposal, refer to the product safety data sheet.
