Resin for the IMPRIMO LC Denture DLP 385nm 3D printer
Introducing IMPRIMO LC Denture, an innovative, light-curing Class IIa methacrylate resin designed specifically for creating high-quality denture bases using 3D printing technology. Thanks to its advanced formula and availability in three natural gum shades, this material provides an excellent aesthetic and functional fit, meeting the highest standards of dental prosthetics.
Key features:
- High precision fit: Low material shrinkage (<1%) ensures perfect adhesion of the denture to the oral tissues, minimising patient discomfort.
- Durability and resistance: After curing, the resin achieves a hardness of approximately 85 Shore D, ensuring the strength and long-term use of the denture.
- Biocompatibility: The material complies with ISO 20795-1:2013 standards for water absorption (25.8 µg/mm³) and solubility (0.41 µg/mm³), which proves its safety and compliance with medical requirements.
- Ease of processing: The exceptional polishability of the resin allows for smooth, aesthetic surfaces, resulting in a natural-looking prosthesis.
- Versatility: Compatibility with 385 nm wavelength DLP systems means that the material can be used in a variety of 3D printers, increasing its versatility in prosthetic laboratories.
Advantages of using IMPRIMO LC Denture:
- Highest level of aesthetics: The availability of three gum shades (light pink, dark pink, orange-pink) allows the denture to be individually matched to the natural colour of the patient’s gums.
- Work efficiency: The fast printing process and minimal post-printing processing reduce order fulfilment time, increasing the dental technician’s productivity.
