Extended 12 months Warranty for Phrozen Sonic XL 2022

The warranty covers all components, excluding:

– building platform

– LCD screen

– Glass supporting the LCD screen

– Housing and shade (if present)

– sd/micro sd card, pendrive (if present)

– fep/nfep film

– resin tank and screws

– other elements commonly understood as consumables

Extended Warranty Terms:

– The warranty covers the cost of spare parts and entitles you to get 25% discount on the service man-hour.

– The guarantee obliges the guarantor to provide free spare parts during the guarantee period.

– The Extended Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent users.

– Buyer may only purchase one Extended Warranty per device

– The warranty can only be extended to 24 months from the purchase of the 3D printer. The purchase of multiple warranty does not extend its duration to more than 24 months from the date of purchase of the device.

– The warranty can only be purchased for printers purchased through the 3dpartnershop.com store

– The warranty must be purchased and paid for at the latest on the 14th calendar day, counting from the day following the purchase of the 3d printer.

– The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping spare parts or printers to/from the service

– The warranty is excluded if the damage was caused by the user.
