PRE-INSTALLED KLIPPER SOFTWARE
With its silent Klipper motherboard and high-performance ARM 64-bit 1.5G 4-core processor, the Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro can reach a printing speed of 500 mm/s. It allows you to produce models faster than ever and, thanks to input shaping and pressure advance functions, achieve exceptional rendering quality. Its 8G of RAM is capable of storing more than 400 files to further increase your efficiency.
POPULAR PRINT VOLUME
The size of the Neptune 4 Pro and its print volume of 225 x 225 x 265 mm meets the needs of a large majority of users.
DIRECT DOUBLE GEAR EXTRUSION
Developed in-house by Elegoo, this new direct extrusion mechanism increases the extrusion ratio by 5.2, increases extrusion power and improves printing precision. The titanium extruder tube effectively reduces the risk of heat dissipation and nozzle clogging. The extruder has also been greatly reduced since it is 75% lighter than that of the Neptune 3 Pro.
HIGH TEMPERATURE NOZZLE
The nozzle can reach 300°C and the printer can therefore use a wide range of filaments including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and high temperature materials such as nylon. The elongated design of the extrusion head ensures faster and more stable melting of the material.
INTELLIGENT COMPARTMENTED HEATING PLATE
The Neptune 4 Pro plate is made up of two zones, a central 100 W and a peripheral 150 W. The slicing software automatically recognizes the size of the model and activates the peripheral zone only if the part exceeds 120 x 120 mm so as not to heat up an entire part of the tray for nothing. They can be controlled separately manually to achieve ultra-precise temperature control and thus better printing results and energy savings.
MAGNETIC PEI PLATFORM
No need for a spatula or other utensil, you can remove your print very easily as soon as the plate cools by removing the magnetic platform. It can also reach 110°C very quickly and is therefore suitable for most types of filaments.
FULL METAL AXLE GUIDES
The X and Y axes feature double-fixed guides with U-shaped wheels that allow for less resistance and more precision in movement. Made entirely of metal, they are more durable and require less maintenance.
POWERFUL COOLING SYSTEM
The auxiliary heat dissipation module is equipped with 4 powerful 4020 fans to quickly lower the temperature during printing. The extruder head also has 2 4015 fans on its sides. They are all automatically stopped when the print is finished to save energy, reduce noise and extend the life of the fans.
ONE-CLICK SELF-LEVELING
A high-precision non-contact sensor automatically collects data from the platform’s 121 leveling points to precisely adjust the deck level and increase your success rates.
FILAMENT SENSOR
An alarm is triggered when the filament breaks or the machine runs out of filament and printing is paused. Likewise, if a power outage occurs, printing can resume where it left off as soon as the Neptune 4 Pro is powered again.
4.3-INCH CAPACITATIVE MAGNETIC SCREEN
The Neptune 4 pro’s magnetic screen can be used on its support integrated into the machine or held by hand. The user interface is available in Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, German and Japanese, switchable at will.
LAN PRINT
This printer can connect to the LAN network and therefore be controlled and monitored remotely via an internet connection.
TENSION ADJUSTMENT DEVICES ON THE X AND Y AXES
The Y axis has been widened to make the printing platform more stable. The belt tension can be adjusted very easily, simply by turning a dial, which is very practical for optimizing the precision of your prints.
DOUBLE GEAR Z AXIS
The Z-axis motor is equipped with double gearing which allows for smoother movements, precise leveling and therefore better print quality and precision.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
The sleek structure of the Neptune 4 Pro is stable and makes it convenient to assemble, move and maintain.
LED LIGHTING
On the sides of the nozzle, an LED light allows you to observe the print precisely even in non-optimal printing conditions. A 12 LED bar is also included in the high bar of the structure. All LEDs can be turned on and off freely from the control screen
