Operating the Mercury XS is a breeze. A single knob controls everything. Press and hold to power up, then adjust the knob for the desired washing or curing time. Your models will be ready in no time.

Wide Compatibility

The ELEGOO Mercury XS is a perfect fit for ELEGOO Saturn or Mars 3 3D printers, as well as most LCD, DLP, and SLA 3D resin printers with a similar build volume. Enjoy professional and efficient 3D resin print post-processing with ease.

UV Protection Cover

Our curing machine comes with a transparent cover designed for your safety. It effectively blocks up to 99.9% of harmful ultraviolet rays. A safety feature automatically deactivates the UV lights when you remove the cover.

Operation:

• Cleaning and Drying: Once your model is printed, ensure it’s clean and completely dry before placing it in the machine.
• Preventing Yellowing: If your model exhibits a yellowish hue after curing, consider reducing the curing time. Overexposure during curing can result in unwanted discoloration.
• Optimal Environment: Maintain an ambient temperature between 0-40 degrees Celsius and humidity between 20%-50% for best results.
• Avoid Overuse: To prevent overheating, do not operate the machine continuously for more than 40 minutes at a time.
• Cure Time: For models with a diameter less than 30 mm, a curing time of 2 minutes is recommended. Increase the curing time if your model features intricate surface structures.
• Special Note: The washing function may not be suitable for 3D models printed with water-washable resin. It’s better to clean such models with running water for optimal results.
