Zortrax Filaments Z-Nylon Black
Z-NYLON
(PA12) is a universal filament, resistant to high temperatures and various chemicals. It can be post-processed using metalworking tools. Z-NYLON is a durable material and can be dyed with commonly used acid-based dyes.
The fiber absorbs moisture quickly and should be stored in a tightly closed container with a moisture absorber. Z-NYLON is characterized by relatively high shrinkage, so it is not recommended to use it when 3D printing large geometric shapes with sharp ends. To reduce shrinkage, it is recommended to use the Zortrax HEPA Cover, which is included with the M Plus and M300 Dual series 3D printers.
