Therma DM220 is a nano-filled ceramic material specially developed for rubber moulding applications, including VLT, liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at a maximum temperature of 180-200°C. Models made of Therma DM220 can be removed easily from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carry out some difficult cuts that wouldn’t be possible with a metal model. Therma DM220 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.
Integrating Therma DM220 into your 3D printing workflow enhances efficiency and quality in producing master models for high-temperature rubber molding applications.
