Sunlu PLA Classic Grey Filament

Sunlu PLA Classic filament in grey is a material designed for modern 3D printing – fast, precise and repeatable. It supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s whilst maintaining high print quality and durability, making it an excellent choice for both prototyping and more demanding projects. The optimal operating range (60–150 mm/s) allows for the best balance between detail and performance, whilst the wide nozzle temperature range (190–230°C) ensures compatibility with many FDM printers.

Strength that makes a difference

Sunlu’s PLA Classic is an improved version of the classic PLA material, offering enhanced mechanical strength of 18 kJ/m². This makes prints more resistant to damage and everyday wear and tear. The matt surface finish gives models an aesthetic, professional look that works well for both functional and visual projects. A material density of 1.24 g/cm³ translates into the robustness and stability of the finished parts.

Trouble-free printing and easy post-processing

The filament has been designed with maximum user convenience in mind. Stable material feed, a diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, and careful winding minimise the risk of jams and downtime. Prints are characterised by easy removal of support structures, which significantly simplifies the post-processing and reduces the time spent working on the model.
