Premium FEP film 310 × 220 from 3Dpartnershop is a set of three sheets with a thickness of 0.15 mm (150 µm), designed for large resin 3D printers. It provides high UV 405 nm permeability, low peel strength and an even working surface, which translates into more effective prints and cleaner details.

Compatibility and format 310 × 220 mm
The sheet fits popular large-screen printers, including the Creality HALOT, Creality MAGE, Anycubic Photon MONO (including M5, M7), Elegoo SATURN and other models with a film frame similar to 310 × 220 mm. Before installation, it is worth comparing the dimensions of the frame and, if necessary, cutting the film to the required size.
Low peel force = fewer failed prints
The smooth, high-quality FEP surface reduces layer adhesion, making them easier to separate. This results in a more stable process and less strain on the Z-axis mechanics and film.
Simple installation and maintenance
- Remove both protective films (outer) before installation.
- Tension evenly, tighten the screws crosswise and trim the excess.
- After installation, check that the surface is clean and wrinkle-free.
- Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and isopropanol (IPA); avoid sharp tools.
When to replace the film?
- Visible scratches, cloudiness, wrinkles or localised burns.
- Increased peel strength, crackling during separation, decreased print quality.
- Damage after a failed print or after resin has been spilled inside the printer.
