Resin for Phrozen BASF Ceramic Pro White 3D printer, 1000 ml
Phrozen, in collaboration with BASF Forward AM, introduces Ceramic Pro resin, a high-performance 3D printing material designed for applications requiring exceptional rigidity, heat resistance and precision. This resin is particularly suitable for the production of functional mould inserts and industrial prototypes with a ceramic-like finish.
Key features
- High ceramic content: Contains over 70% ceramic material, ensuring high accuracy and density with a smooth surface finish without the need for additional post-processing after thermal treatment.
- Exceptional rigidity: Exhibits a flexural modulus of up to 10,086 MPa, providing high wear resistance and low water absorption, performing well under high-precision loads.
- Heat resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 280°C, making it ideal for applications requiring high thermal stress.
- Low viscosity: A viscosity of 230 cps at 30°C ensures efficient printing and easy post-processing, similar to standard resins.
- Cost-effective production: Reduces production time and costs by up to 80%, offering a flexible alternative for small-batch and custom production.
