Very high speed Saturn 4 Ultra has a tank tilting technology that allows you to detach the model from the foil and offers the ability to print at a speed of 150 mm/h. When necessary, you can quickly and easily switch from fast mode to classic mode, ensuring flexible and efficient production.

12K print quality Experience the highest printing precision with Saturn 4 Ultra, which is equipped with a 12K monochrome LCD screen with a resolution of 11520 x 5120 px and an XY resolution of 19 x 24 microns, which allows you to obtain extremely detailed prints with very sharp edges and excellent readability.

Fresnel and COB collimating lenses The COB light source disperses a light source with a wavelength of 405 nm and, thanks to Fresnel lenses, achieves an extremely low astigmatism coefficient of 0.5% and a uniformity of 92%. This allows the tilt angle to be adjusted in 5° increments to achieve delicate and complex results.

Automatic leveling The Saturn 4 Ultra’s auto-leveling and checking features ensure easy printing. You simply take the machine out of the box, turn it on and start your task. With one click, the printer ensures that all its components are working properly before starting, and a mechanical sensor adjusts the height of the pressure plate with optimal precision.

A simplified experience Saturn 4 Ultra protects you from LCD screen degradation by detecting resin residue, insufficient material or leveling errors and alerting the user.

Ergonomic design The Saturn 4 Ultra tray is designed to be easily and quickly removed, and the reservoir is designed to prevent resin from leaking into the printer and causing possible damage to its internal components. The tank’s mounting bracket is practical and replaceable, and the lid is hinged, so you can easily access the printout, and the lid doesn’t clutter your work station.

Smart camera Saturn 4 Ultra is equipped with a camera that monitors prints in real time, detects errors such as distortions and provides information about work progress. This saves time, materials and ensures the best possible quality result.
