Resin for 3D printer BlueCast X10 3D , 0.5 kg
Availability: within 2 business days
BlueCast X10 is useful for direct casting of jewellery and dental models. It is a resin developed to achieve a perfect cast. An 80% wax-filled photopolymer for reliable casting with zero ash content and clean burnout, this highly accurate resin captures intricate features and provides smooth surfaces. Its formula is suitable for jewellery where a large amount of metal is needed or large details are required. Storing the printed model for 7 days results in negligible shrinkage of 0.7%, which is particularly useful when the design requires advance preparation. No reheating is required.

An 80% wax-filled photopolymer for reliable casting with zero ash content and clean burnout, this highly accurate resin captures intricate features and provides smooth surfaces. Key features:
- Excellent surface, accuracy and print quality
- Less shrinkage
- No ash even at lower temperatures
- Better detail
- Complete burnout even at lower temperatures (750 °C).
- Perfectly smooth surfaces, even for jewellery with large surfaces
- 100% monomer-free
- No need for additional heating
To increase the adhesion of the 3D model to the working platform, we recommend using Bluecast Primer.
Bluecast X10 resin requires cleaning with isopropanol or ethanol.
If casting is to take place more than 12 hours after printing the model, you should: scale the model file up by 2% before printing, perform standard cleaning in isopropanol or ethanol, and cure with UV light until the 3D model turns completely white.
