The H2D goes beyond standard FDM technology, offering a system of two independent heads and optional 10W and 40W laser modules and digital cutting.

With an impressive working volume of 350 × 320 × 325 mm, advanced automation systems and CoreXY kinematics, the Bambu Lab H2D delivers stability, precision and ease of use while meeting demanding EU cybersecurity standards. The H2D Laser Full Combo version includes a 10W laser module, a cutting module and the AMS 2 Pro material management system.

The integrated dual-nozzle system eliminates many of the limitations of classic FDM printers, significantly increasing design possibilities and efficiency.

Versatile Multi-Material Printing

H2D allows you to combine flexible and rigid materials in a single print, enabling you to create interlocking structures and innovative designs. The printer also supports pairing high-performance materials with standard ones to optimise costs.

Dedicated Support Material

One of the nozzles can be dedicated exclusively to support material, including PVA or BVOH. This allows you to print models with complex geometries while maintaining a perfect surface and minimal material waste.

Multi-colour Printing

The dual-nozzle system and intelligent algorithms significantly reduce the number of cleaning cycles during multi-colour printing. The printer supports up to 4 AMS 2 Pro modules and 8 AMS HT modules simultaneously, enabling it to work with up to 25 colours. AMS 2 Pro automatically dries, feeds and identifies filaments using RFID tags.

The CoreXY design ensures stability and precision, while the materials used – aluminium, steel and glass – guarantee industrial durability.

Masterful Movement Accuracy

The printer achieves a movement accuracy of 50 µm. The optional Vision Encoder and 5 µm optical measurements ensure precise tracking and correction of the head movement.

Extreme Performance and Speed

The H2D achieves a movement speed of up to 1000 mm/s and an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². The standard hotend supports a flow rate of 40 mm³/s, and the optional High-Flow hotend supports 65 mm³/s, enabling printing at speeds of up to 600 mm/s.

Royal Working Area

The maximum working volume is 350 × 320 × 325 mm. In single nozzle mode, 325 × 320 × 325 mm is available, and in dual nozzle mode with different materials, 300 × 320 × 325 mm.

Ready for Advanced Materials

The high-temperature, all-metal hotend reaches 350°C, and active chamber heating up to 65°C eliminates warping of technical materials. The DynaSense system analyses extrusion load and resistance in real time, adjusting its parameters.

The printer supports a wide range of filaments, including PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PPS and CF/GF composites.

The Laser Full Combo version combines 3D printing, cutting and laser engraving in one device.

10W Laser Module

The 10W laser (455 nm) enables precise cutting and engraving of wood, leather, rubber, acrylic and stone.

Smart Features and Safety

The device has 36 sensors and 4 cameras that monitor the entire printing process and module operation. The Nozzle Camera analyses extrusion in real time, while the BirdsEye camera enables precise alignment of graphics on the material.
